Τα έχει σηκώσει όλα η Larian Studios!

Οι developers μίλησαν για ακόμα μία φορά, αναδεικνύοντας τα καλύτερα παιχνίδια του έτους που μας πέρασε. Σύμφωνα λοιπόν και με τους ίδιους το Baldur’s Gate 3 είναι το παιχνίδι του 2023, αφού κέρδισε ακόμα ένα Game of the Year, ενώ κατέκτησε ακόμη 3 άλλα βραβεία. Το δεύτερο παιχνίδι που πρωταγωνίστησε ήταν φυσικά το The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, το οποίο βρέθηκε υποψήφιο στις 7 από τις 12 κατηγορίες που υπήρχαν.

Τα GDC Awards ξεχώρισαν και το εξαιρετικό indie, Venba, το οποίο διακρίθηκε με τα βραβεία Best Debut και Social Impact. Τέλος, τα Alan Wake 2 και Hi-Fi Rush έφυγαν και αυτά με ένα βραβείο ανά χείρας. Επιπλέον, με το Ambassador Award αποχώρησε ο Fawzi Mesmar, ενώ ο Yoko Shimomura σήκωσε το Lifetime Achievement Award.
